General workshops terms and co
General conditions of sale described below owns copyrights and obligations to the Formettes Unipessoal company and its client in the context of the workshops sale.
Workshops / 1 session
Workshop time – 2h30.
Material provided (paper, paint…)
The finished drawing is scanned and transferred to a 10X10cm tile
The 10 class sessions
Class time – 2 h.
Classes are valid for 6 months, the customer can choose the class session according to the slots made available by Formettes
Material other than paper, it’s not included in the price of the workshops. Paint it’s not included.
The customer can take their own support or buy one proposed by the Formettes. Supports can be canvas, small objects to decorate.
The current prices of the workshops are those at the day of the order. Currency its in euros and calculated including VAT taxes.
The company Formettes Unipessoal reserves the right to modify its price at any time. However, it takes responsibility to produced an invoice ordered at the price indicated when registering the order.
The proposed rates include discounts for reservations of 4 or more people. Workshops for companies (team building, events) are systematically subject to a tailor-made quote for the client.
Reservations take effect on payment
Minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult
Terms of payment
Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted
Cancellation and refund conditions
Cancellations must be made 24 hours minimum before the workshop to be reimbursed. After this time Formettes will not issue refunds.
In the event of reimbursement, transaction costs will be assumed by the customer. Workshops canceled by Formettes will be fully reimbursed, including transaction costs.
The responsibility of Formettes Unipessoal cannot be imputed, if the non-performance of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results, from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external event, unpredictable and irresistible.
Court of competent jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these conditions of sale is subject to Portuguese law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Lisbon Commercial Court.
