Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose
   These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the sale of products (Formettes creative kits) and services (Formettes creative workshops) offered on the website [website name] by Agathe Cornet-Vernet – Formettes, based in Portugal.
   Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS by the customer.
   
   
2. Products and Services

• Products: Formettes creative kits, including templates, booklets, and supplies, manufactured in Portugal from recycled plastic.
• Services: Formettes creative workshops offered in Lisbon or in other specified locations (team building, events, etc.).
  
  

The essential features of each product or service are indicated on the corresponding product description pages.

3. Pricing
   Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included). Shipping costs are not included and are specified before the final order confirmation.
   Formettes reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the price in effect at the time of the order.
   
   
4. Orders
   Customers may order:

• Products via the online store,
• Services via the booking form.
  
  

Validation of the order implies acceptance of these TCS.
An email confirmation will be sent to the customer after the order is validated.

5. Payments
   Payment is made by credit card or by any other payment method offered on the website. Payments are secure.
   Orders are shipped and confirmed only after payment validation.
   
   
6. Delivery
   Products are delivered throughout European Union to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
   Formettes cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
    In case of damage during transport, the customer is responsible for immediately notifying the carrier.
   
   
7. Right of Withdrawal
   In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
   The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
   
   

⚠️ Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized products (e.g., tiles with designs created during workshops),
• Workshops that have already taken place or canceled by the customer less than 48 hours before the scheduled date.
  
  

8. Claims and Warranties
   Formettes products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Directive 1999/44/EC).
   Any claim must be sent by email to: ola@formettes.com
    In the event of a proven defect, Formettes may replace or refund the product.
   
   
9. Liability
   Formettes cannot be held liable for:

• Improper use of the products,
• Indirect damages related to the use of products or participation in workshops,
• Force majeure cases (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.).
  
  

10. Personal Data
    The information collected is necessary for processing orders and bookings.
    In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to ola@formettes.com.
    
    
11. Intellectual Property
    All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, Formettes products) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
    Formettes also reserves the right to use, for communication and promotional purposes, drawings created during workshops, while respecting image rights and without infringing on the moral rights of the authors.
    
    
12. Governing Law and Disputes
    These TCS are subject to Portuguese law.
    In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution may be sought. If none can be found, the dispute will be brought before the relevant courts of Portugal.
